Shipping & Returns
A flat rate of $12.50 shipping for regular post ($14.00 with signature) and $16.50 Express ($18.50 with signature express) is charged on all orders within Australia only (some large items may incur an additional fee but this will be listed in the product description or you will be contacted after your order is placed). Orders are shipped via Australia Post. We also ship to New Zealand for a flat rate of $35 standard shipping with tracking. Unfortunately all other International orders have currently been suspended at this time. Please get in touch if you would like a shipping quote to a country outside of Australia or New Zealand.
Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order, upon placement. Initial order confirmation emails are not confirmations of shipping and you will be contacted once the order has been shipped. Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. For all orders where selected 'click & collect' you will receive an email from us when the order is ready for collection from the store on Bidencopes Lane. Orders placed over the weekend and/or public holidays, will be processed the next business day. During sale periods and public holidays, processing times may vary slightly.
If you do not receive your order or your order cannot be delivered, and it is returned directly to Homeroom, you will be contacted to organise re-shipment. The additional shipping cost to resend the order, will not be covered by Homeroom.
It is your responsibility to check over all details once you receive email confirmation of your order. If any details are incorrect please contact us immediately on 03 6223 1963 or email@example.com We do not take any responsibility for incorrect shipping details and we will contact you to organise re-shipment and payment if the order is returned to Homeroom because of an incorrect address.
All packages sent within Australia are sent with a tracking number. If you specifically require a signature on delivery please select the signature flat rate option. Homeroom does not take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels once the items have been delivered. We will do our best to work with you and Australia post to resolve any issues you might have.

Returns are only accepted on items deemed faulty. Exchanges can be issued for a change of mind on all full priced items. Please contact us via email within 7 days of dispatch date to arrange a return email@example.com
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt for domestic orders and 30 days for international orders. The products must be returned via Australia Post, international returns via Air Mail. Return shipping is at your own expense. All returns must be registered so they can be tracked.
Returned items must be returned in their original state. Clothing must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
Please note: Sale items & earrings can not be returned and are final sale. Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable.
