All the Kim Wallace ceramics are handmade and colours, brush strokes and glaze variations may vary from the photos shown - this is not considered a fault but is part of the beauty of these glazes and the handcrafted ceramics process.
Handmade in our Noosa studio from slightly speckled Australian stoneware clay, the ruffles are shaped entirely by hand with no two pieces exactly the same.
Hand-brushed with our non-toxic, food-safe Sage glaze. The base of the bowl is unglazed and polished smooth after firing, creating a vitrified stone-like surface with a tactile feel.
Stacking
Please note that due to the nature of our hand-shaped ruffles, they do not line up exactly the same on each piece ~ our ruffle bowls do not stack 'perfectly' for this reason.
